Chaintensioner is a common fault on 1.6CDTI. You should seek for warranty repairs because chain rattle on start up is normal for that engine but it should be silent while driving especially after few minutes. Ifyou have the phone button on the radio then you just enable bluetooth on your phone then press the phone button on the radio and then follow the steps it tells you.
