There is a cenote on the high ground about 60 meters south of the Relic. The cenote is at map coordinates X: 454.2; Y: 419.3. Dive into the cenote, swim north toward the artifact and walk through the cave to obtain the Relic. Use the wingsuit to exit the cave.
