On the Focus MK2/MK2.5 the keys can only be programmed using a suitable diagnostic system. To obtain Ford ECO Mode on a Focus MK2 you have to retrofit the MK2.5 instrument cluster. Early MK2.5 instrument clusters need to be updated to the latest software version to make it work.
