It seems like a really fun game and it's a shame it is not released to mobile and PC. From what I've seen, it's unfortunately unlikely to be ported for 3 reasons: Poor initial sales: When it was first released, Vice City Stories actually sold worse than Liberty City Stories, with 11 million sales for LCS vs 6 million sales for VCS.

Despite the name, this contains three PSP games: LCS, VCS and CTW. Playable on PSP, PS Vita and PSTV. PS2 disc - the best version of the game. Fixes a glitch where vehicles disappear from garages, has a higher frame rate, better controls and extra USJs and rampages. Can be played on PS2 and PS3s with four USB ports in front.
Games like Manhunt 2 and Vice City Stories though have ZERO ports other than what they were originally released for. There is ZERO current way to play them outside of their original platforms (I don’t know if the PS2 ports of these games would even function on PS3 backwards compatibility).
GTA Vice City Stories blur (not trails) Support - Graphics. So, uh, yeah, VCS got some really bad blur that seems to be somewhat just part of the game. It's not trails and it's not a low resolution or anything like that, I ain't that dumb. LCS had the same issue, but I managed to fix that by setting Texture Offsets to X:300 and Y:300 (thanks to
